Please Note:

All products shipped out are BRAND NEW and have never been tried or used.

Shipping takes place within 2-3 working days after your payment has Reflected into our Bank Account.

We do not dispatch your order if your payment has not reflected into our account.

A standard shipping fee of R100 to be applied with every purchase.

You are welcome to pick up your order at our walk-in store.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Waist Wrapp SA - We take pride in offering high-quality shapewear designed to boost your confidence and comfort. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds on shapewear items.
However, we’re happy to offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags intact. Any items showing signs of use, damage, or with removed tags will not be eligible for exchange.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please take a clear photograph of the product, contact us via WhatsApp and we will arrange a return.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and dry cleaning costs if needed, We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item’s safe return.

The exchange policy does not apply to seamless items.

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange.

For hygiene purposes, all underwear that has been tried on will incur a dry cleaning fee before being eligible for exchange.

This ensures that all our customers receive products in the best possible condition. The dry cleaning cost will be communicated at the time of the exchange request
