Shipping takes place within 2-3 working days after your payment has Reflected into our Bank Account.

We do not dispatch your order if your payment has not reflected into our account.

Out-of-Stock Items: If a product is currently out of stock, please allow 7 to 10 working days for shipping and delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Waist Wrapp SA - We take pride in offering high-quality shapewear designed to boost your confidence and comfort. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds on shapewear items.
Our Commitment to Hygiene
Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind once an order has been shipped.
Size Changes Before Shipping
If you ordered the wrong size, you may request a change before your order is shipped. Please contact us immediately on WhatsApp at 076 701 5723 to amend your order
However, we’re happy to offer exchanges under the following conditions:
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
In compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, we will provide a full refund or exchange if the product you receive is:
Genuinely defective or damaged (e.g., a broken zip, torn seam).
Please note. That fitting on the garment, and it breaks. It will not be refundable
Significantly different from the item you ordered.
To report an issue, you must send a clear photo or video of the fault to our WhatsApp number within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and arrange a solution.

Our online and in-store departments are separate. Online orders are shipped directly and cannot be returned, exchanged, or processed at our physical store.
